Billing and Payment Options
AWSOM’s Student Billing provides a payment plan option for tuition and fees in 5 equal monthly installments per semester. This is an affordable alternative to paying your college expenses all at once. Each payment equals 20% of your total statement costs and is due on the assigned calendar date each month.
Payment plans are available to sign up on the first month of the semester from the first to the 15th. You must sign up during this time period if you wish to be on a payment plan. If you are not on a payment plan, the full balance is due on the first of the second month of the semester. Due dates for payment plans and/or balance in full are the second month of the semester on the first of the month and due monthly until all payments have been made. Late fees ($50) are charged if your amount due has not been paid by the fifth of each month where payment is due.

AWSOM complies with FERPA and provides additional information in its FERPA policy.
Cost of Attendance
A student’s cost of attendance (COA) is the estimated amount it will cost to go to school for an academic year, which includes the fall and spring semesters. The COA is the estimate of both direct (tuition and fees) and indirect (housing, food, transportation, etc.) education-related expenses. It is important to note that most aid programs limit funding to the student's COA, including all gift aid and loans the student will receive during the enrollment period.
Alice L. Walton School of Medicine will waive tuition for the first five cohorts of students.
