Recruiting: Assist with the recruitment process to attract and hire top-tier faculty members.
Credentialing: Support HR in the verification and validation of the qualifications and credentials of all faculty members.
Onboarding: Provide a comprehensive orientation program for new faculty to help them integrate smoothly within AWSOM.
Appointment & Promotion: Manage the processes for faculty appointments and promotions, as well as the annual faculty appointment letters.
Engagement, Wellness & Recognition: Promote faculty well-being and recognize their achievements through various programs and initiatives.
Faculty Roster: Maintain an up-to-date list of all faculty members and their roles with AWSOM.
Faculty Development: Offer professional development opportunities to enhance faculty skills, career growth and retention.
Mentoring: Facilitate mentorship programs to support faculty members at all stages of their career.
Policies, Bylaws & Handbook: Maintain, revise, and provide access to faculty policies, bylaws, and handbook resources.
Governance: Oversee the governance structure and ensure equitable faculty participation in committees.
Evaluation: Manage and support the annual evaluation of faculty performance and provide constructive feedback on teaching through session evaluations.
