Elisabeth Schlegel, PhD, MS, MBA, MS (HPPL), serves as Assistant Dean, Foundational Sciences at Alice L. Walton School of Medicine. In this role, she leads Phase I and II of the ARCHES curriculum with a focus on integrating foundational and clinical sciences, advancing AWSOM’s academic mission through evidence-informed curriculum design and continuous quality improvement. In addition to her Assistant Dean role, Dr. Schlegel serves as a Professor in the Department of Medical Education with expertise in Microbiology and Health Professions Education.
