Jo Enscoe, EdD, serves as Director, Academic and Career Advising for Alice L. Walton School of Medicine. In this role, she partners with students from matriculation through graduation to support academic success, career exploration, and professional growth. She leads a supportive, relationship‑based advising model that connects students with trusted mentors, specialty advisors, physicians, and resources to help them thrive in medical school and beyond.
