Adam Dean, MS

Adam Dean, MS, serves as Director, Student Life & Development at Alice L. Walton School of Medicine. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of comprehensive student life programming, including wellness initiatives, leadership development, and co-curricular engagement. He oversees student interest groups and student government while fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being, professional identity formation, and community building. He also directs the planning and execution of major institutional events, including new student orientation and the White Coat Ceremony, ensuring meaningful and cohesive experiences that mark key milestones in the student journey.
