This job is a great opportunity for an experienced content manager with skills in web accessibility, SEO, email marketing, list building, and segmentation. Daily work will focus on a unique array of fast-moving projects with high public visibility in service to a dynamic and growing start-up. The Web and Digital Content Specialist will manage the School of Medicine’s website, create and maintain processes for updates, and coordinate a diverse group of content stakeholders, writers, editors, and media producers. Once the website is developed, there will be phased updates and email marketing projects and responsibilities that go along with communicating with prospective students and faculty.
This position reports to the Director of Communications of Whole Health Institute, who will set projects and priorities. The position will work closely with the Sr. UX Designer and Head of Technology for Whole Health Institute on designing new pages and ensuring the user experience is excellent. It will be important to maintain consistency between the Whole Health Institute and School of Medicine websites and related brand materials. The role will be a part of a highly-collaborative, energetic, upbeat team, committed to advancing the mission of the School of Medicine.

Physical Demands: In the work environments described below, the position requires working at a desk/workstation and utilizing a computer for prolonged periods of time as well as physical ability to attend to in-gallery equipment for content management and technical support activities.
Work Environment: Work will be performed in an office environment and in museum spaces as necessary. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
