Lisa Stafford, MHA, MS, is the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships for Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, where she is responsible for fostering an ecosystem of relationships that advances the School’s mission.
Stafford previously served as Vice President of Client Operations for TrestleTree, a corporate wellness and disease management company. Within that role, she guided key clients in the fields of pharmaceuticals, higher education, union groups, and health systems. She also developed, implemented, and managed client growth paths, led engagement and account management teams, and served as the Privacy and Compliance Officer.
Prior to TrestleTree, she founded and led a medical billing and consulting company that provided new practice services, operational planning, management, and medical billing services to primary care and specialty providers as well as health system business offices. Stafford has over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, including work as a marriage and family therapist.
Stafford holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University.
